All are optional (rubber bands are basically a must though!)
I’m using this torch more and more to clean up stringy hairs, warm prints before trimming, and melting that coconut oil. While never necessary, it saves me time. During assembly, you’ll see me use this A LOT! This metal one works like a dream. I keep an extra on standby! Butane NOT INCLUDED.
This 3D Pen is something I use on every To The Moon Puzzle Box. This works WAY better than gluing! Print bed too small, cut the parts and “weld” them together with this! I’m using the $39 “Super”, but this $59 “Pro” has digital temperature setting, which is why that’s what I’ll be ordering next!
Printing To The Moon at 150% or 200% size? These rubber bands are optional, but add redundancy, extra strength, and will keep your 3D printed springs fresh! I consider them a must!
Printing To The Moon at 100% size? These rubber bands are optional, but add redundancy, extra strength, and will keep your 3D printed springs fresh! I consider them a must!
I use a little coconut oil on the internal sliding surfaces in To The Moon Puzzle Box. This is not necessary, but makes the mechanisms feel better and operate with lower force. It’s also makes it quieter. It’s unusual, but for superior feel on your puzzle box, give it a try! A little goes a long way!
